Performance Features:
The unwinding/rewinding machine adopts an integrated dual-position feeding system, and the cover-locking air expansion shaft facilitates efficient and non-stop material change. During printing, it allows for automatic registration in the vertical direction and manual registration in the horizontal direction.
Simultaneously, an efficient and energy-saving drying system with low-temperature and high air volume is employed, featuring a full-area radial layout for thorough drying from the inside out.
The entire machine is equipped with an imported PLC programmable controller for logical control and protection. It includes four-stage automatic tension control, seven-motor synchronous drive, and the main pneumatic components are all imported originals.
