Heating: The heating roller adopts efficient thermal oil heating, with automatic temperature control for consistent laminating effects.

Overall Machine: Adopts the Panasonic series PLC programmable controller and touchscreen human-machine interface for logical control and protection. It enables the setting and monitoring of various working parameters, with a comprehensive design covering mechanical, electrical, optical, pneumatic, and fluid aspects, featuring complete safety protection functions.
Utilizes a four-stage linked vector variable frequency tension control system. The transmission system employs Siemens dedicated frequency conversion motors for remote control and automatic speed control, achieving coordinated control of tension and speed.
