The working principle：:
Under the high-speed rotation of the sawtooth-shaped circular dispersing disc blades, the material violently flips up and down in the container, colliding and shearing with the blades. This process breaks up aggregates, achieving rapid dispersion, homogeneous mixing, and accelerating the dissolution of liquid and liquid-solid materials. The equipment accomplishes high-speed stirring, dissolution, and dispersion, completing the processes of solid-liquid dispersion, wetting, deagglomeration, and stabilization. The speed is adjustable (electromagnetic speed regulation and frequency conversion speed regulation). The speed range is 80-1250 rpm, with medium speed for stirring and dissolving and high speed for dispersing and homogenizing. The main motor is a speed-regulated motor.
