Scope of application of multi-functional lamination:
This machine is suitable for laminating hot melt film PET, PE+ EVA, PP, ASA, PVDF and other roll film materials with oil-free substrates, tinplate, stainless steel strips, aluminum strips and other metal rolls to form a hot melt film with excellent characteristics,coated iron environmentally friendly packaging materials.
JBRF1300 M-type metal plate double-sided hot-melt coating production line is a high-performance, cost-effective, new and environmentally friendly hot-melt coating iron production line developed and designed by our company based on many years of rich industry experience and absorbing advanced domestic and foreign technologies.
The tension system of this machine is the core of its control and consists of an unwinding unit, a lead-in unit, a composite unit, a lead-out unit, a rewinding unit and corresponding control instruments. High-end hardware, complete software configuration, performance and reasonable price that meet national conditions. It adopts advanced “centralized CNC system”, which has the advantages of high degree of automation, complete functions, stable and reliable performance, easy operation, high production efficiency and environmental protection.

Main structural features:
1. Adopt a six-segment linkage vector frequency conversion tension control system, and the transmission system uses a frequency conversion special motor to achieve high-precision tension control;
2. The advanced and unique dynamic PID mode realizes stable tension during system operation, speed up, speed down and stop;
3. Remote acceleration, deceleration and automatic speed control, and linkage control of tension and speed;
4. The winding and unwinding are equipped with a looper device to realize roll changing without stopping the machine and improve production efficiency;
5. It adopts Japanese Panasonic series PLC + LCD display for centralized control to realize the setting and monitoring of various working parameters. The integrated design of machinery, electricity, light and gas has complete safety protection functions;
6. Self-developed control system provides timely and high-quality services such as software upgrades;
7. The process adopts hot melt coating, no need for glue and solvent, and it is pollution-free and environmentally friendly equipment.
