PET Bottle Recycling Line

This production line is mainly used for the recycling and reuse of discarded PET plastic bottles such as mineral water bottles, beverage bottles, and cola bottles in daily life. The recycled PET bottles undergo a series of processes, including whole-bottle pretreatment (for the pre-processing stage, we provide two solutions—JIll Grooup’s delabeling and steam separation delabeling, based on our rich experience, to address various sources such as bottle bricks, whole bottles, labeled bottles, and adhesive-labeled bottles), water addition and crushing, separation of bottle caps, cold washing, steam hot washing, rinsing, dehydration, drying, secondary crushing, impurity removal and selection, and packaging. The goal is to process them into PET recycled bottle flakes. Based on customers’ different product uses and the varying raw material situations in different regions, we customize economical and practical process solutions for customers, including production line process planning, factory layout planning, and wastewater recycling treatment solutions for the production line.
