Prefab Substation

It is also known as containerized substation or pre-assembled substation, is a compact distribution equipment prefabricated in the factory. It combines high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, and low-voltage distribution devices according to a specific wiring scheme. Prefab substations are suitable for various outdoor applications, such as mines, factories, oil and gas fields, and wind power stations, serving as a new type of substation replacing traditional civil substations.

Requirements:
Altitude: 1000m and below.
Ambient Temperature: -25°C to +40°C.
Wind Speed: Not exceeding 35m/s.
Relative Humidity: Not exceeding 90% (at +25°C).
Horizontal Acceleration due to Earthquake: Not greater than 0.4m/s; Vertical Acceleration: Not greater than 0.2m/s.
Usage Location: Should be free from conductive dust and hazardous substances that are corrosive, flammable, or explosive to metal and insulation materials.
Installation Site: Free from severe vibration, with a vertical slope not exceeding 3 degrees.
