GGD AC Low Voltage Distribution Cabinet

It is applicable to power users with an AC frequency of 50Hz, rated voltage of 380V, and rated current of 1000A to 3150A in power plants, substations, and industrial and mining enterprises. It is designed for the control, distribution, and conversion of electrical energy in power, lighting, and distribution systems. GGD complies with standards such as IEC439 “Low-voltage switchgear and controlgear assemblies” and GB/T7251 “Low-voltage switchgear assemblies.”
Prefab Substation, also known as containerized substation or pre-assembled substation, is a compact distribution equipment prefabricated in the factory. It combines high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformers, and low-voltage distribution devices according to a specific wiring scheme. Prefab substations are suitable for various outdoor applications, such as mines, factories, oil and gas fields, and wind power stations, serving as a new type of substation replacing traditional civil substations.

Description

Requirements:
The temperature should not exceed +40℃ or fall below -5℃. The average temperature within 24 hours should not exceed +35℃.
The equipment is for indoor installation and use, and the altitude of the installation location should not exceed 2000m.
The surrounding air relative humidity should not exceed 50% at the highest temperature of +40℃. Higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures (e.g., 90% at +20℃), considering the potential impact of temperature changes leading to occasional condensation.
The inclination angle with the vertical plane during equipment installation should not exceed 5 degrees.
The equipment should be installed in a location free from severe vibration and impact, as well as in a place where conditions are not conducive to the corrosion of electrical components.
