Stretch Film Wrapping Machine

It utilizes ultrasonic sensors to accurately measure the stack’s height. Based on this measurement, the system extracts an appropriate length of film cover from the roll, which is then heat-sealed and cut. The pulling arm horizontally stretches the heat-sealed and cut film cover, using a motor-driven roller to move it into position over the stack. Throughout this movement, the film is consistently tightened. After stretching, the cover is placed over the entire stack on the tray. At this stage, the roller and pulling arm work together to release the film, ensuring proper bottom stretching and a secure bond between the film cover and the tray stack. This process is automated and can seamlessly integrate into an unmanned, automated workflow.
